TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Platinum Edge Group SRO. By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, including our payment policy, cancellation and substitution policies, and all other conditions outlined below.
1. Payment Terms and Conditions
- Registration Payment: Upon completing and returning the registration form, payment in full is required within five (5) days of the invoice date. All payments must be received in full prior to the event date to secure attendance. Platinum Edge Group SRO reserves the right to deny entry to any delegate whose payment has not been received.
- Discounts and Group Rates: All discounts apply solely to the main conference fee and cannot be combined with any other offers. Group discounts are available for attendees employed by the same organization and must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- Non-Refundable Fees: No refunds will be given under any circumstances, with limited exceptions as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
2. Cancellation, Postponement, and Substitution Policy
- Delegate Substitution: You may substitute attendees at any time by notifying Platinum Edge Group in advance by email. Multiple individuals may not share a single pass without prior written consent.
- Cancellation by Attendees:
- For cancellations received 10 days or more before the event, a 90% credit will be issued for use at any other Platinum Edge Group within one year. A 10% administration fee will be retained by Platinum Edge Group.
- Cancellations received within 8 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no credit or refund will be issued.
- Event Cancellation or Postponement by Platinum Edge Group:
- Cancellation: If Platinum Global Event cancels the event, attendees will receive a 100% credit for use at any other Platinum Global Event within one year.
- Postponement: In the event of postponement, attendees who cannot attend on the rescheduled date will receive a 100% credit valid for one year.
- Force Majeure: Platinum Global Event assumes no liability for cancellations, rescheduling, or other changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, pandemics, natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
3. Changes to Event Program
- While speakers and topics are confirmed in advance, circumstances may require adjustments to the advertised program. Platinum Edge Group reserves the right to make necessary substitutions or modifications without liability to attendees. Updates will be made available on our website as soon as possible.
4. Photography, Recording, and Marketing
- Event Photography and Video: By registering, you grant Platinum Edge Group permission to capture and use photographs and videos of you at the event for promotional purposes.
- Participant Information Sharing: Attendees’ names, job titles, and company names may appear on conference materials and may be shared with other participants. Additionally, Platinum Edge Group may display your company logo and profile on event documentation and promotional platforms.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
- Platinum Edge Group respects your privacy. By registering, you consent to the use of your personal information (name, job title, company, email) for internal processing and marketing of relevant services. Personal data will be managed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Force Majeure
- In cases where the event is rescheduled due to a force majeure event (e.g., pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters), your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend, a 100% credit will be issued, valid for any future Platinum Edge Group with no expiration.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this contract will be settled by the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, with a single arbitrator appointed by the Court President.
8. Acceptance of Terms
- Submission of the registration form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This agreement becomes binding upon receipt of the registration form by Platinum Edge Group.
